What it is
Costume and prop pieces from your files (MakerWorld, Cults3D, Printables, your own design) or modelled from reference images. We scale to your measurements, split large pieces for strength and fit, and print in PLA+ for toughness. Multi-colour printing for pieces with several colours; sanding and clear-coat finishing on request.

Who it's for
- Cosplayers preparing for conventions and competitions
- Theatre, film and event productions
- Collectors wanting display-grade replicas
How it works
Four steps from your file to pieces you can wear. Give us your date at the start.
Send your file
Send the file or reference images, your measurements, and the date you need it.
Check and quote
We check scale and wall thickness, suggest splits and pins for assembly, and quote.
Print and finish
Print, then finish if requested.
Collect or ship
Collect in Taringa or we ship Australia-wide.
Materials and limits
- PLA+ standard for wearables (tougher than PLA); PETG for parts that flex or get knocked; TPU for straps and flexible joints
- Full-size helmets print in one piece on the large-format printer, in PLA, PLA+ or PETG, single colour, with a coarser surface than our standard printers. For finer detail or several colours, we print in sections.
- We don't print files you don't have the right to use commercially; personal-use licences are fine for your own costume
- Every piece is quoted on print time and material, with a $50 minimum including GST; see our 3D printing prices. Students get 10 % off the print.
What you receive
- Printed pieces, test-fitted where parts join, with pins or magnets fitted if quoted
- Finishing to the level agreed: raw, sanded, or clear-coated
FAQ
How long does a full armour set take?
Days of print time plus finishing; give us the convention date and we'll tell you if it's realistic.
Can you scale it to me?
Yes; send height and the key measurements for the piece.
